Procurement
We are delighted to be a formally accredited supplier on the Bloom Framework, meaning we can be easily, quickly and directly procured
Right from the start of Moveworks in 2006, our mission has been to deliver hybrid working and office relocation projects that are focused on people and change management.
Our project outcomes typically include newly created workspaces and office relocations, but we know that real and sustainable change comes from the people using the space.
We therefore created a comprehensive engagement process to design workspaces that support and enable changes in working patterns and ultimately organisational culture.
People & Change
Our Approach
In 2008, we designed and created our Approach – a specific process to deliver hybrid working and office relocation programmes whilst putting people, engagement and change management at the centre of every project. This process enabled successful delivery of our first large public sector project as part of a wider transformation programme.
From this point on, we further developed and evolved our Approach whilst continuing to successfully deliver more hybrid working and office relocation programmes for multiple councils and public sector clients.
Public Sector
Subsequently we have built up an in-depth knowledge of public sector organisations; we understand how council services operate and directorates are structured, we factor civic, political, ceremonial and mayoral requirements to our plans and work within necessary public sector processes and governance to enable successful programme delivery.
This wealth of experience, alongside our primary focus on people and change management, enabled us to stand out and become firmly established as a specialist in delivering council hybrid working projects. Now in the ‘post pandemic, hybrid working' era the Moveworks reputation, brand, projects, clients and team all continue to grow.

Our Leadership Team
Martin Willoughby
Martin founded Moveworks in 2006.
His drive, skills, determination and positive outlook, combined with commercial acumen and genuine desire to help people, led him to a highly rewarding career in office moves project management.
It was those same attributes that compelled Martin to branch out on his own in 2006 to set up a company aligned to his own vision and principles. Our reputation steadily grew, and he has successfully now established Moveworks as the ‘go-to’ place for councils and public sector organisation hybrid working projects.
He is responsible for business development and company strategy at Moveworks.
